Gender Notice and Equal Treatment
edjufy - People Come First
edjufy Software GmbH stands for a diverse society, as well as the equality, equal treatment and equal rights of all genders and gender identities. We value the diversity of people of all backgrounds, regardless of age, ancestry, ethnic origin, language, skin color, abilities, religion, belief, religious or political views, socioeconomic status, culture, worldview, gender, sexual orientation and gender identity. This order is purely random and says nothing about their value. Additionally, the term "race" has been deliberately omitted from this list (derived from Article 3 of the German Basic Law), as in our view there are no different human races and the term represents discrimination.
Diversity
We at edjufy are also convinced that the equality of all people, as well as diversity, is essential for a high-performing and innovation-oriented company.
And because these topics are so incredibly important to us, we would like to draw your attention to a special note in this guide and ask for your understanding and patience.
Gender Notice
To improve readability in this documentation, from this chapter onwards, personal designations and person-related nouns will not use the simultaneous forms of male/female/diverse, and the masculine form will be used as a generic masculine (e.g., "the teacher").
In the spirit of equal treatment, all personal designations apply in principle to all genders and gender identities. The shortened language form is for editorial reasons only, contains no value judgment, and serves only to improve readability.
